If a customer always prioritizes the cheapest brands without considering other factors, I would explain that while the initial cost may be lower, it’s important to consider the long-term total cost of ownership. By choosing cheaper solutions, they could face hidden costs related to lower performance, frequent maintenance, higher energy consumption, or reduced durability.

I would also emphasize that by investing in higher-quality solutions, such as those offered by Schneider Electric, they would be reaping long-term benefits in terms of energy efficiency, reliability, and durability, which can result in significant savings and a lower environmental impact over time.
