How to order

To place an order, go to the product you need.

  • If it is a simple item, include it directly into your shopping cart and that’s it.
  • There are other products for which you have to choose between different compositions, make your choice and include it in your cart.
  • When you have your complete list, check that everything is correct.
  • Follow the following steps where we will include shipping costs.
  • Later you can choose the payment method (Credit card, Paypal, Transfer or Cash on delivery).
  • As soon as we receive the confirmation of payment, we will pass the order to Design. This process begins with the sending of an email with a graphic view of the products requested so that you can confirm we have understood everything correctly. Our graphic views are our main work tool. Take your time. We will wait for your answer to pass your order to production. In this same email we can also confirm the delivery time.

Delivery

Shipment

The packages are sent following the delivery period generally indicated in each product to count after receipt of payment and are sent through the company Seur for Spain and normally UPS following the incoterm DAP (Delivery at place) for all shipments outside Spain.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees. The packages will be sent at your own risk, although special care will be taken to protect fragile objects.

Shipment Costs

We deliver products all over the world. Our shipping is free for shipments to the Spain (Peninsula) for requests from 300 euros. In all other cases, transportation charges are added to the invoice. Shipping costs depend on the weight and the country of destination.

Payment

  • BANK TRANSFER:
    Upon completion of the order, you will receive an email with information on where you need to make the payment. After receiving it, the status of your order will be updated to Accepted Payment and you will receive an email in which this state is indicated .
    Once the order is placed, the selected items will be reserved for your order. You get 6 days to make payment. Once this period has passed the order will be canceled and removed from our system.
    For this payment, the service time will be effective from the payment to be credited as performed in our bank.
  • CREDIT CARD:
    Through our virtual POS lets you pay for your purchases through a payment gateway to the Bank.
    The cash payment is made instantly through a secure payment of the Bank , where the data is encrypted in an impossible to decipher code, which ensures complete safety of this method of payment.
    The cards accepted at the virtual payment gateway are all common cards such as Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, etc
  • PAYPAL:
    Comfortable, easy and secure. Create your account in Paypal, and you can enjoy all the benefits of buying through one of the most secure payment gateways.
    The cash payment is made at the time , so the order is processed and shipped quickly .

All payments will be made in €uros.

  • STANDARD PRODUCTS
    In Pinanson we customize all our products and they are made on request, please make sure that what you request is what you need. You can request information or modifications as many times as necessary. Only in case of orders with standard products we can we accept returns.   • DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    You can claim that a product is defective for two years after the date of the invoice issued.
